Construction Considerations We make the sheds ourselves to your specifications, size, shape. We can work from your sketches. No chip board is used in the construction. We can deliver and erect. Only thick kiln dried red-wood ‘log clad’ tongue and groove boarding is used, giving the surface a semi curved – half log appearance with no gaps between. The board frameworks are typically 2”x2” or 2”x1½”. All the wood work is machine sanded so there are no rough edges or surfaces making the building very child friendly. Colour matching to any desired colour or National Trust colours for example. The Roof is quality tongue and groove boarding, which can be mineral felted or Coroline long life and hard wearing ‘ridged’ panels can be used. Flooring is made from thick ¾” redwood flooring boards Insulation can be added for garden office use for example. Galvanised hinges and bolts used as standard. Double glazed window options.
